What is the best used boat to buy to take people on sport fishing trips...?

I am trying to buy a boat and move to Honduras to open a tour fishing business for tourist what will be the best recommendation on used fishing boats...?|||I really like a CARVER for that.. they are great boats with an interesting history.|||Grady White or a Mako.
