A FRIEND OF MINE SOLD A USED TO SOMEONE WHO PUT DOWN PAYMENT ON IT AND THEN PAID CASH FOR REMAINING BALANCE TWO DAYS LATER, THE FOLLOWING WEEKEND HE TOOK BOAT OUT ON LAKE AND NOW SAYS HE WANTS HIS MONEY BACK BECAUSE HE DOES NOT LIKE THE BOAT....|||3 day right of recission only applies to items sold to the buyer in his home since it is unlikely to occor with a boat he is now an owner.the end thanks for playing good day sir!|||The buyer should have had a "sea trials' clause in any contract they signed.
