Do they ever use boats in American sewerage system?

I need detail for a story - in USA sewers, could it be conceivable to find a boat. I know that sewers can be quite immense, with waterfalls and stairways, balconies and pits for catching rubbish or Gross Pollutant Traps.

But might one find a small boat?

Might utility guys they use them for working in the sewers?

Or even Sewer Tours? (I know that sounds gross, but some cities have them!)Do they ever use boats in American sewerage system?
I live in Ireland and our sewerage system is lots of small interlinking pipes :( But I also heard that about american sewerage systems.

It wouldn't surprise me if their was, as maintenance would be regular down there incase a blockage occurred or a person went missing. This is actually a really good question (star)

I think its entirely possible for maintenance purposes. If there was a rescue or looking for a dead body but generally most municipalities have sealed sewer piping until treatment plant.Do they ever use boats in American sewerage system?
Never heard of such a thing.
