Are pop cans used to make boats and airplanes?

For a school project. Need some ideas on why not to litter, other than it being bad for the environment and such.|||Almost all aluminum is recycled. Aluminum is the most common metal in the Earth's crust, but it only exists as an oxide. Large amounts of electricity are required to refine ore into the metal, so recycling saves about 90% of the power that was expended to refine the metal. And yes, the recycled metal does end up used in aircraft.|||Airplanes, yes.
