I am looking to know the names of these kinds of awning-covered riverboats! - (by names I mean like yacht, canoe, etc., not Congo Queen, Kissimmee Kate, etc.) Here is a picture of one:

Thank you!|||No name.. those are just CUSTOM BUILT SPECIAL PURPOSE boats and you can't just go out and buy one|||The Jungle Cruise attraction was inspired by the movie The African Queen. They re-did the boats to make them more realistic, so they no longer have the candy-stripped awnings. They could possibly be called a tramp steamer, but I'm not 100% sure.|||there are no other boats quite like it!
But you can call the vessel in question a canoe stern!
Apart from that its a design unique to the Disney studios!|||They were based on the boat in The African Queen, which some call a canal boat.
