What to use on Clear Double polished Vinyl ( Used on Boats )?

My friend %26amp; myself own a few Boats with enclosures, ( 90% Clear vinyl ) we are looking to find out what is the best product or products to use to Clean %26amp; Remove minor rubs marks %26amp; scratchs in this clear vinyl. and when finished put a protecting coat of Polish. Thanks, John|||yep
