Are prices of used ski boats lower in the winter?

I want one now but have heard that the prices go down in the winter which makes sense.|||Best time to buy a boat in the winter is just before Christmas when you can get your best deal. Spring is the worst time as most people are anticipating the new boating season. Also any time after Labor Day is a good time.|||Generally the prices are lower after September, whenever the season's over locally.
